Assaisonner avec sel et poivre et bien m\u00e9langer pour faire une huile \u00e9pic\u00e9e.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sur une plaque allant au four, tapiss\u00e9e de papier parchemin, mettre les tranches de chou. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un pinceau, badigeonner les tranches de chou avec l\u2019huile \u00e9pic\u00e9e. Enfourner pendant 30 min.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un chaudron vaporis\u00e9 d\u2019huile \u00e0 feu moyen, mettre l\u2019oignon, les champignons et l\u2019ail. Faire cuire pendant 5 minutes en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajouter la viande hach\u00e9e et la deuxi\u00e8me moiti\u00e9 restante d\u2019\u00e9pices au chaudron. Assaisonner avec sel et poivre et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajouter la sauce marinara au chaudron. Bien m\u00e9langer. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, ajuster le feu \u00e0 bas et poursuivre la cuisson \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert pendant 15 minutes en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 la sortie du four, garnir les tranches de chou avec la sauce, le fromage et les pepperonis.
