After starting his career in the Canadian Armed Forces, Brandon continued his studies at Université Laval, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. With over five years’ experience as a mixologist in the restaurant industry, he developed a keen interest in wine. Always motivated by a desire to learn and take on new challenges, Brandon joins the Sélections Oeno team as Specialty Coordinator.

As a former mixologist, I’ve always been drawn to precise, refreshing aromatic profiles, and the Felix Grüner Veltliner embodies this perfectly. Its balance of liveliness, lemony notes and minerality makes it an ideal companion for aperitifs or light dishes. An Austrian wine out of the ordinary, reflecting my taste for finesse and originality.
