A 2002 graduate of the École Hôtelière des Laurentides in sommellerie, Éloi has acquired solid experience in wine tasting, notably by participating as a jury member in a number of European competitions. He has furthered his knowledge through numerous wine travels. In 2005, he made the leap into the world of wine and spirits agencies. Passionate about both wine and aviation, this epicurean attaches great importance to human contact. If you run into him, chances are he’ll have a big smile on his face… and a glass of champagne in his hand!
