A recent graduate of UQAM with a BAC in Business Administration, Éloïse has over 9 years’ experience in the restaurant business. Her interest in wine and spirits has grown over the years, as has her extensive travels. Always on the lookout for new trends and challenges, Éloïse puts her curiosity to good use and embarks on a new adventure with Sélections Oeno as Sales Coordinator.
