Eric joins the Sélections Oeno team with 25 years’ experience in the food and wine industry, including 15 years with a national wine agency. A graduate of Collège Merici in Hotel and Restaurant Management, he also has sommelier training and a Wine & Spirit Education Trust level 3 diploma (WSET 3). Over the years, Éric has made more than a dozen wine trips, which have helped fuel his desire to learn more and more about the world of wine. Curious, epicurean, determined and a go-getter, he joins Sélections Oeno with the aim of promoting the brands we represent across Quebec.

I love this comforting wine for its evolved aromas of black fruits and cigar box. The elegant roundness will seduce you, not to mention the delicate woody finish. Perfectly balanced, it’s worthy of a great Rioja.
